Why I Created This Approach
After decades in the health and fitness industry, I saw the same frustrating pattern again and again:
Traditional fitness was focused on huge group classes, generic workouts, and outdated advice that reduced weight loss to nothing but calories in, calories out and endless cardio.
I knew there had to be a better way—especially for women navigating midlife, hormonal changes, and real-life demands.
Teaching group fitness for over a decade showed me exactly what was missing:

Why Traditional Fitness Isn't Enough
