Self-Care is Healthcare—And Great Health Will Set You Free
I’m a busy working mom who understands how challenging it can feel to maintain a healthy lifestyle, especially when you’re juggling family, work, and the endless noise of the wellness industry.
Confused about health, fitness, and nutrition?
You should be. There are over 150,000 diet books on Amazon, each claiming to be the ultimate solution. It’s no wonder so many women feel overwhelmed, exhausted, and defeated.
That’s why I’m here—to help you cut through the noise, re-educate yourself, and build a simple, sustainable lifestyle plan that finally works. I’ll guide you, keep you accountable, and support you every step of the way.
As a Certified Personal Trainer, Functional Nutrition Therapist, Integrative Health Coach, and mom, I’ve spent 36 years in the field—and I’ve been through the trenches myself.
Growing up on the Standard American Diet, I struggled with emotional eating, sugar addiction, and chronic dieting. My health and weight suffered tremendously. As a reformed sugar addict and over-exercising maniac, I learned firsthand how unsustainable and damaging the quick-fix mindset can be.
In 1999, I was in a devastating car accident that shattered my right arm so severely my surgeon warned me I’d be lucky just to tie my shoes again. He told me I would eventually develop osteoarthritis and likely depend on pain medication for the rest of my life.
The only reason my arm wasn’t amputated was because years of strength training had built the muscle mass and bone density to protect it.
I refused to accept the story that my life would be limited by pain.
Over 26 years later, I live completely pain-free, medication-free, and enjoy an active, vibrant lifestyle.
Today, I teach women how to create their own transformation—without restriction, burnout, or perfectionism.
I’ve developed a simple, proven formula to help you achieve glowing health and sustainable fat loss—while still enjoying life’s pleasures (yes, even cocktails, pizza, chocolate, chips, and guacamole).
Because real health isn’t about deprivation. It’s about learning how to work with your body, not against it.
I believe food and self-care dictate everything. Health isn’t just about calories, macros, or vitamins—it’s the sum of many moving parts:
✔️ Restorative sleep
✔️ Sunshine and fresh air
✔️ Deep human connection
✔️ Stress resilience
✔️ Real food and hydration
✔️ Smart, hormone-conscious movement
✔️ Joy, hobbies, and lots of vitamin LOVE
Come join me for the most important journey of your life—the journey back to yourself.
Your friend and coach,
Christine xo
