Personal Training Session PolicyPackage Usage & Expiration Guidelines

To ensure consistency, progress, and fair scheduling for all clients, all personal training packages include a structured usage window. This supports accountability, protects scheduling availability, and helps you get the full benefit of your coaching experience.

Package Expiration

  • 3-Session Package: Must be used within 30 days of purchase
  • 6-Session Package: Must be used within 60 days of purchase
  • 12-Session Package: Must be used within 90 days of purchase

All sessions must be used within the designated timeframe.

Unused sessions do not roll over past the expiration date.

A one-time 2-week extension may be granted if requested prior to expiration.

Scheduling & Rescheduling

Sessions must be scheduled in advance to secure your preferred time.

A 24-hour cancellation notice is required. Sessions canceled within 24 hours or missed will be forfeited.

Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in limited access to future booking availability.

No Refunds

All personal training packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Commitment to Results

Consistency is the foundation of results. These guidelines are in place to help you stay accountable, build momentum, and get the most out of your investment.

Training Frequency Matters

For best results, I recommend a minimum of 2–3 strength training sessions per week.

Clients training once per week should understand that this is a maintenance-focused approach and will require additional independent workouts to see meaningful changes in strength, body composition, and metabolism.

If you are training 1x per week, I strongly recommend supplementing with:

  • Additional strength sessions
  • My Live Zoom classes
  • Or my On-Demand App

Clients training 2x per week or more will see significantly faster progress due to increased training stimulus and consistency.
